Can your food truck cater my event?
Absolutely! We would love to.

Catering and vending: what’s the difference?
Catering is a pre-arrange setup where the menu is customized (if you wish) to your event’s needs and the total cost is pre-determined. We come prepared with enough food and supplies to service your entire guest list.
Vending is where we come and setup at your event, and offer point of sale transaction to guests as they purchase via regular menu items. Service takes place while quantities last.
Will you set up your truck and vend at our event?
Absolutely! Simply fill out the form below and let us know the details of your event, such as date, time and location and anticipated total attendance, so we can prepare.
How far will you travel to cater a private event? And is there a travel fee?
We are based in Niagara Region, and cater anywhere in Niagara Region without any additional travel fees.
For catering outside of Niagara Region, additional travel fees may apply.
How much does your food items cost?
Our standard VP Eats menu items range in price between $5 to $22, and are subject to change. We can also provide a custom price based on your desired food menu items.
How much will it cost to cater our event/party?
The total cost to cater your event depends on the menu items selected and the total number of guests.
This is determined during our consultation meeting where we discuss all the details of the catering.
Once you decide to hire us for catering, we will provide you with a 50% deposit invoice to confirm your booking. The balance of the payment must be paid in full 7 days before your event.
What’s included when we hire VP Eats to cater?
When you hire VP Eats to cater your event, we provide the truck on-site at your event, all the food and corresponding supplies (serving bowls, cutlery), the cooks, and 1 event manager.
Please note, we DO NOT provide serving staff for sit down dinners.
Your guests are welcome to come up to our truck to self-serve their food. Alternatively, we can work with serving staff provided by you/the venue, if that is an option.

Do you accommodate special diets?
We will try our best to accommodate any diets or dietary restrictions. Please let us know in the form below or we can discuss further during our consultation meeting.
Can I try your food before I book you for our event?
Absolutely! We recommend you sample our menu or try the customized menu you select prior to booking us for your event.
We are committed to ensuring our customers are thrilled with our food and flavours.
How much will you customize the menu for our event?
Our existing menu items cannot be customized. However, we are happy to come up with new menu items based on your needs and desires, as long as Chef Rodel confirms it can be achieved.
This will be discussed and arranged during our consultation meeting.
