With their three kiddos—R, A, and B—on board, Michelle and Rodel took their love of flavour and high-quality food and turned it into something special: a food truck that brings bold, mouth-watering Asian-inspired dishes to their beloved Niagara Region.

Why Asian-inspired? Because Rodel’s skills in the kitchen could make any professional chef jealous, and Michelle’s passion for creating unique, flavour-packed meals runs deep. With Rodel’s experience cooking in some of Toronto's top restaurants, this duo is here to blend the best of both worlds: Asian flavours and comforting Western classics.
